Shipping

Our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Where possible, we indicate lead time for the products on our website. Some products are stocked and may ship to you the same day they are ordered. Others are not manufacturer until after you place your order, and may take several weeks.

Depending on the size of the products being shipped, your order may be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger products may ship by freight truck. The cost of shipping your order is calculated during checkout based on the weight and size of the products you have ordered.

We regret that we can only ship within the continental United States.

Returns

We accept returns of any regularly-priced, unused and unopened merchandise if you are dissatisfied or change your mind. Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please package items in original cartons or comparable sturdy boxes with sufficient packaging material to insure they arrive in acceptable condition. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; we advise you send items with insurance and tracking numbers for your protection. If returned items are damaged you may receive a partial refund, no refund, or store credit, depending on the condition of the items returned.

Custom-made furniture (items not manufactured until you order them) may not be returnable. The return policy on these items is subject to the manufacturers' return policies.

If you make a mistake when entering your shipping address on our website, our carrier may return your packages as undeliverable. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you to find out if you prefer to:

  1. receive a refund of the cost of your order less the actual shipping charge (which may be higher than what you were charged by our shopping cart) and possibly a restocking fee, or
  2. have us re-ship the order, in which case you will be charged the exact shipping charge as an additional charge

Please note: if the mistake happened on the part of Coolest Kids Furniture or our carriers, instead of a customer-entered error, we will reship at no additional charge. This is the only case where we will reship at our cost.
